DEBO (10)

Tunisian apolitical hip-hop association and art collective from the capital city Tunis, founded in 2012. The DEBO headquarters is located on the Houcine Bouzaiene Street in downtown Tunis. The facility includes a recording studio, some band practice rooms, a live concert venue and large walls outside the building that are covered in graffiti, stickers, and street art. Currently there are between 30 to 50 rappers, singers, beatmakers, DJs, Bboys, taggers, photographers and video makers among others that are members of the collective. Members are encouraged and empowered to try new forms of expression and to engage in different artistic experiences.
