Leif Roden

Leif Roden was a Danish bass player, guitarist, singer and producer, born in Copenhagen March 3, 1948. He was the main character in [a874331], which he formed in the late 1960s, inspired by the books of Danish author Albert Dam. An inspiration he shared with [a1008924], who wrote many of their lyrics. After Alrunde Rod called it quits in 1975, he became a producer for such Danish artists as Bifrost and Malurt. He was married to Jane Lysgaard. Leif Roden died in Copenhagen from cancer May 2, 2010.
