Gerald Shaw (3)

Gerald Ross Shaw (May 19, 1909, in Waco, Texas - September 30, 1975, at Mercer County Hospital in Aledo, Illinois) was a member of the Reynolds (Illinois) United Methodist Church where he was an organist and choir member. He was employed as an electrical accounting machine operator at John Deere Harvester Works in East Moline and at the Rock Island Arsenal. In addition to the two full-length albums Mr. Shaw recorded at Fredlo, several earlier acetate recordings exist.
