Bluegrass Gospel Mandolin Player, Singer and patriarch of The Deanes (2). Larry Deane died at the age of 64, April 15, 2015. The Deanes Bluegrass Gospel Band, a family group, has been playing and singing in the Nelson County and Charlottesville area for decades. Larry Deane, from Stuarts Draft, had been with the band .for 30 years.
