Medical Grade

"Medical Grade" is a hardcore, analog project from Hipster Modular (the mind of T. Henthorn). This 2016 project combines analog machines, DJ tools, a web of pedal effects, custom electronics and, often, a guest performer to create hardened rhythms with processed vocals and melodies. The project modularizes technology to bridge the space between hardcore, noise, acid, techno and industrial. Unlike Hipster Modular's breakfast-friendly ambient textures, the Medical Grade sound system is best experienced after midnight. While not FDA approved, Medical Grade does use a fully-compliant power-path.
