Screenwriter, Playwright. Born 27 Aug 1916 Brooklyn, New York - Death 27 Jul 2007 (aged 90) Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. He shared a Tony Award for his contributions to the Broadway production of "Redhead". His other successful stage credit was the 1963 production "Tovarich". Beginning in the late 1940s throughout the 1960s, Shaw would become a prominent writing figure on television.
