Australian vaudeville artist/comedian (b. New York 8 March, 1892 - d. Sydney 16 Jan., 1949 Discovered by Gus Edwards singing in a Brooklyn quartet and brought to Australia to appear on Fullers circuit in 1916 (initially as a duo with Witt playing piano). Formed a new act with Queen Paul in 1926 as part of a revue company billed as "The League of Notions". Joined the Tivoli circuit (1931-1935) but continued with partnership. Joined the ABC in 1941 where he was featured in "Out Of The Bag" and later conducted a breakfast session until his death.
