In 1994, Dr. Rock, Dr. And and Dr.Roll founded a band in Tulln, Lower Austria. After a long search for a name, they agreed on the band name "The Doctors of Rock and Roll". All you needed now was a guitar teacher, because you should master an instrument on stage. , a guitarist named "Dr of the" lived in the neighboring village. He was signed on the spot and the band was renamed "The Doctors of the Rock and Roll". Now you only needed one singer for the optics: Hotlegsister Barbara. A drummer, a bass player and a keyboard player quickly became relatives or in the staff of Dr. And´s nursery was recruited and the whole band was finished: "The Doctors". Writing your own songs was easy: Dr. Roll opened a grocery store to find out what is moving the nation. The clientele was overheard and songs about eternal themes such as the weather ("There can be more transition", "Summer splashes"), driving ("Let me be your vice", "My Corolla and I") and women (" Beauty must suffer "). This is how the band developed its reputation as the voice of the Tullnerfeld: Located somewhere on the border between pop, rock and pop, the doctors use the everyday language of their audience - without reaching into the bottom drawer. With an enormous abundance of compositions, the doctors were practically forced to go to the studio. The current production "Sugar!" is already the third CD of the Doctors.
