Akhil Hayy

Akhil Hayy or his real name Akhil Abdul Hayy is an independent preacher and singer in Malaysia. He is of Rawa descent and was born in Gopeng, Perak. As a preacher, he is better known as Ustaz Akhil. During his adolescence, Ustaz Akhil was one of the members of D'Riyadh, a rock group in Malaysia. However, Ustaz Akhil finally leaves his life as a rock musician. Now, he is better known for his nasyid songs and religious talks delivered throughout the country. Ustaz Akhil was also given the title "Ustaz Rock" because of his involvement in the rock music arena previously.
