Об исполнителе:
Creator of Record Label Co-op PVC H.ex that sprouted out of the exciting punk shows that he was hosting in his basement starting in 2009 on Richard Terrace next to Mickey McFrenzy's house; Bunny Villaire brought bands together from places like Germany; Mexico; and all over the USA to play and sleep in his basement. With the help from other punks, a scene began to grow which soon became a Co-op. PVC was also manned by Jesse Stuart Leitch; Jeremy Ensley; Tiffany Compton; Adam Kolkman; Mick Kyle and other fun musicians who were invested in it and facilitated meetings where group films and releases were planned. The art for the PVC label design was done by British artist Steve Harradine who had met the group on holiday from his country and was inspired to join. Before all this Bunny was inspired by his performance activism (and living with provocative punk band Coin) at Open Mics at Gold Coffee Company to start some avant-garde experimental bands with punk and No Wave influences before he even knew what No Wave was. His very first band was Stems of Nil and from there he was off and running from one experiment to the next. After many bands and experiments; most notably 'Echo Knock', 'Wooly Manacles', 'Corrosive Kids', and now his current band 'Tail From the Crypt'; Bunny has tried stretching the boundaries of whatever genre he's immersed which puzzles his fans as well as his colleagues to no end. It's all in good fun though, and he continues to keep PVC active to this day with new and exciting releases from this independent label.
