Annaweech

German band from the Hohenlohe region in southern Germany. Most of their musicians played from 1979 to 1995 in the "Freetime Schwoofband", a local cover band. When the Freetime Schwoofband was about to disband in 1995, they recorded the album CD "Un Sunscht?" with cover versions of rock and pop songs, sung with lyrics in the Hohenlohe dialect. This album gained so much local attention, that the musicians decided to continue as dialect singers with own songs and with new group name "Anneweech" (Hohenlohe dialect for "anyway").
