Azuka Coles

Vocalist and keyboard player in Houston, Texas. Also known as King Cobra, Doctor Cobra and Doc King Cobra. Coles grew up in Houston with a Jamaican mother and African father. He played in funk band Traffic Jam in high school, followed by a stint in rock band Atomic Warhead. In 1981, he began playing reggae music with the band Umoja Rhythms. He then played with Shashamane followed by 10 years in reggae band Wazobia. Around 2000, he began playing with the reggae band Cosmic Force.
