Memories is a rock band from the city of Trujillo, Peru, was formed in 1989 by the original members: Juan Antonio Casssinelli Centurión (lead vocals), Marcelo Britto Aznaran (rhythmic guitar and backing vocals), Carlos Britto Aznaran (bass), Fernando Yupanqui Acevedo (lead guitar), Oscar Ledezma Gallegos (keyboards), Julio León (drums) and Antonio Calderón Moncada (percussion); then came the second formation: Cesar Correa Estrada replaced Ledesma on keyboards and Billy Gil Gamarra replaced Calderón on percussion. Later came the third conformation period 1992 - 1994: Joop Ormeling replaced Cassinelli in the Main Voice, Vico Díaz Yupanqui in the main guitar and Martin Tello Latorre to Julio León in the drums and in the fourth conformation, period 1994 - 1996 Fernando returned Yupanqui to lead the main guitar and Vico Díaz became rhythm guitar and Maikol Izquieta replaced Carlos Britto on bass. The band began playing covers of classic rock and became recognized in the city as the best band in this genre, until the members took different personal directions, since 2011 they began to meet again in prestigious venues in their hometown, and On September 4, 2020, they officially published their first video clip solo song “Gimme your love” (in fact, it should be noted that between 1993 - 1994 they promoted their first own song with the voice of the late Joop Ormeling in the language English, moved song, not found in any record), at present there is only a phonographic recording of 11 cover songs recorded on a cassette, from the period of formation 1992 - 1994, in the recording it records the guitarist Fernando Yupanqui, but not Vico Diaz.
