Austin, Texas drummer, also known as Kris Van Robbins, Van Robbins, Chris Daniel, Cowboy Chris and Christopher Daniel Dondlinger. Robbins was born in Amarillo, Texas and moved to Austin in 1991. He performed with many Austin-based musicians over the years, including Color, Mantic, Flora Mae Holiday, Jane Bond, Danni Leigh, Thunderfoot, the McKinney Brothers, Kevin Fowler, Colin Gilmore, and others. He took his own life on March 5th, 2003, age 31.
