Noise rock and post-punk band based in Aarhus, Denmark. The band has been writing songs since the beginning of 2017 and consists of Caspar (guitar), Daniel (bass), Holger (vocals), Ivik (drums) and Lasse (guitar). Loose Ends have blossomed out of the Aarhus underground, with the legendary and now sadly defunct venue TAPE as its epicenter. The quintet's aggressive and explosive concerts make your ears bleed and make you want to punch your sidekick. The music is a mix of noise rock and punk and captures melancholy as well as ferocity. Loose Ends create catchy melodies with massive, noisy backdrops – the result of a simple set up of two guitars, bass, drums and vocals. There are references to post-punk, indie, shoegaze, emo and noise rock, but the sound is modern and all its own. In 2019 the band selfreleased a debut tape with 6 demos. In July 2020 the single Give In b/w I Will Struggle was released also via the band’s own label Løse Plader. It was released on vinyl in December 2020. January 21st 2022 their debut EP was released through FIVE FOOT ONE Records. A debut album is set to be released in March 2023 through FIVE FOOT ONE Records.
