DELEST is a melodic punk rock band formed in 2016 in Castelló de La Plana (Spain) and our influences come from Californian punkrock. You know: Bad Religion, No Use For A Name, Lagwagon,... 5 albums and many concerts all over the Peninsula and an international tour in England endorse our musical career without counting the previous experience in different bands of each one of us. "PERSISTENCIA" is our new EP. Recorded, mastered and produced by Raúl Artana at Rockaway Studios in Castellón and mixed and arranged by Angus Cooke in Santa Barbara (California) who has worked with the best melodic punk rock bands: Lagwagon, Bad Astronaut, The Ataris,... It consists of 4 songs that brim with this melodic punk rock where the octaves, the background vocals and the vocal melody are the main protagonist. 20 Chords Records is our trusted independent label and we have been with them almost since we started. In "PERSISTENCIA" we narrate the incessant walk that has made our bones heavier and our hinges creak. Yet we have not stopped for a moment to row towards what we want to be. A punk rock band that brings out the energy from the skull, that shoots at will and leaves in each concert until the last drop of sweat piling up bruises in this sea of music.
