The Poughkeepsie Pacers were a junior marching and manuvering drum corps sponsored by the Polish-American Citizens Club of Poughkeepsie, New York. Their colors were white, black and red. The corps derived their name from their sponsorship: P-olish A-merican C-lubb-ERS. Their color guard was known for their Polish style uniforms. The Pacers appeared on "An evening with the corps" exhibition in 1969, when one of their instructors was future DCI Hall of-Famer Dennis DeLucia. The corps was active between 1960 and 1978, competing in the Yankee Circuit.
