Dave Hadley

Sound engineer based in the UK. Dave Hadley started mixing live sound whilst trying to avoid studying Politics at Sheffield University, including a year touring Europe with various prog-rock acts of differing levels of obscurity, before starting work professionally as both an in-house & touring sound engineer. Following stints with bands such as Pulp, Baby Bird & The Mission amongst others he began tour managing some of the less established acts he was working with. Since 1997 he has been dragged round the world numerous times by Gomez to fill in spreadsheets as well as twiddling knobs & pushing faders on their behalf. Recently, along with adding Band of Skulls to his touring resumee, he has continued house engineering for various Sheffield venues & been prevented from playing cricket by the annoying habit of organisers to insist on holding festivals during weekends in the summer.
