Kidd Video are an 80's gang of renegade musicians who were kiddnapped into an animated cartoon world, "Flipside", by the evil Master Blaster, who wishes to keep them as his musical slaves. Try as they might, they never make it back to the real world. The visual style of the cartoon itself was heavily influenced by the more surreal videos showing on MTV. The show was dominated by an MTV-esque, music video theme. Each episode ends with a well-worth-the-wait live-action musical video.
