Meme Bianchi

‎Meme Bianchi ‎‎(Porto Ceresio, April ‎‎26,‎‎ 1907 ‎‎–‎‎ ‎‎ Milano, October ‎‎25,‎‎ ‎‎ ‎‎2000)‎‎ was an ‎‎Italian‎‎ ‎‎singer.‎‎ ‎ ‎She inherited the predisposition to singing from her mother, Ida Viale,‎‎an operetta ‎‎singer, and from her grandmother, Merope Bavestrelli Bianchi, ‎‎opera singer.‎‎ From the latter she also inherits the middle name, which as a child she could not pronounce: so Magda becomes Meme for everyone.‎
