Marcel Lefebvre

Canadian (Québec) songwriter, author, designer, director, and painter. (26 October 1941 – 26 November 2022 - age 81). We owe him the title Chante-La Ta Chanson by his great friend Jean Lapointe. He is also the author of the lyrics of , a hit title by Diane Dufresne. He is the architect, with [a662762], of the song 1697330, performed by Céline Dion at the Olympic Stadium, Montreal on the occasion of the visit of His Holiness Pope John Paul II in 1984. The title earned the Félix for popular song and the best-selling super 45 rpm the following year. He was also a well-known publicist. He wrote the theme for the advertising Les Petits Poudings Laura Secord performed by [a3242462] in the 70s. On the big screen, he wrote the screenplays for three films by Denis Héroux, including (1972), and directed the film 6429941 (1975), one of the few Quebec westerns, with Yves Gélinas.
