Anadisc 200 was a label of the US record company MFSL in 1994-1997 - specialized on audiophile vinyl.
For her comeback Vinyl (1994), which specializes in audiophile editions company MFSL changed their press parameters. Since the Japanese press shop JVC had now ceased its production and also the CD4 vinyl was no longer available, the Americans were ready in their own country. It was a mixture itself predetermined vinyl commissioned, the records were pressed at RTI. The discs are characterized by 200 grams net weight and have a (for US standards) considerable surface quality. Furthermore, recorded as Half-speed recording, but in the meantime redenominated on tube technology work (sound control, amplifier) was also used for the new paint film recordings.
Although the new season of MFSL found much recognition, but could connect in any way to the success in the 1980s. Even by the two successful titles (Pink Floyd, Muddy Waters) were pressed only 13,000 copies. Already in 1997, the new series has therefore been reinstated because she could not bear even with an average circulation of 4,000 copies.
