RARA AVIS STORE S.L., founded 2002 in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Basque Country, Spain, is a cultural motor that works around unconventional sounds (Goth, Psychobilly, Neo Folk, EBM, Post Punk, Experimental, Horror Punk, Medieval, Indie, etc), operating in different activities: - Music & merchandising sales in every format (vinyl, CD, t-shirts, etc) through its physical (La Palma 40, Madrid) and online (www.raraavisstore.com) stores. - Live music gigs and events' promotion of national and international bands. - Releasing records through its own label "Rara Avis", twin brother of the renown CAUSTIC RECORDS. Rara avis' spirit has always been "for the scene, from the scene", supporting the promotion, settlement and consolidation of different cultural proposals, aming for the quality and talent of local artists, from the most uncompromised independence.
