Berliner Zeitung

(BLZ) is a daily newspaper founded in 1945 in Berlin. It is the first German daily newspaper founded after the Second World War and since 2009 belongs to the Cologne publishing group M. DuMont Schauberg. It has next to Der Tagesspiegel the most subscribers in Berlin and is read mainly in the eastern districts of the federal capital.
