Popsport

Popsport is a Dutch band competition and educational programme for young musicians, which started in 2004. Compilation albums containing songs of its finalists were issued for a number of years to showcase the contestants' talents. Only a few of the finalists of Popsport have, so far, recorded and released any material beyond what's available on these albums, although some musicians have continued recording and performing with other groups and artists. More recently, recordings by its finalist have been distributed on Popsport's Soundcloud page.
