In De Ruimte

In de Ruimte was an evangelical center in Soest. The center was founded in 1960 by evangelist Herman ter Welle. In 1998 the foundation went bankrupt and was dissolved. In de Ruimte was known within the evangelical scene for its Bible school, the rehabilitation center De Paltz, children's choirs and the children's camps where thousands of children attended each summer. The organization was also responsible for the publication of the children's magazine De Goede Herder and De Studiebijbel, a Bible commentary from an Orthodox point of view. Also attached to the training center was an evangelical congregation bearing the same name.
