Audio MasterWorks, Incorporated (always stylized as Audio MasterWorks) was a multi-service music company based in Memphis, Tennessee, USA. It was founded by audio engineer and graphic artist Jeff Speight in October of 1995. The company offered a recording studio, mastering services, short-run duplication services and graphic design. Jeff also had a short-lived record label, Audio MasterWorks Records and a publishing company, Bubba Enterprises. In September of 1997, Audio MasterWorks was bought out by Brandon Seavers (who already worked there as a graphic designer) and Mark Yoshida, who owned and operated the recording studio Rockingchair Studios, the record label Rockingchair Records and the music production company Rockingchair Productions. Yoshida and Seavers renamed the company AudioGraphic MasterWorks and still operate it to this day.
