Kolektiv Carlo Giuliani

A label used on some clandestine compilations issued by the Umag's Movement for Freedom (UPS! -- Umaški pokret za slobodu), a local libertarian socialist group from Umag, Croatia. The Carlo Giuliani Collective for Libertarian Education (Kolektiv za slobodarsku edukaciju "Carlo Giuliani") was actually the educational branch of the group, that used to run a communitarian library at the time.
