Early 1900s label from Toledo, Ohio. Associated with The Ohio Talking Machine Company, which was the predecessor of the Talk-O-Phone Company. Allan Sutton's "Directory of American Disc Record Brands And Manufacturers" states that the trademark application for Monogram Record was filed by Winant Van Zant Pearce Bradley on May 5, 1902, claiming use on disc records since January 2, 1902.
