German stocking factory in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, which was one of the largest stocking manufacturers in Germany at the end of the 20th century. In 1973 it took over competitor ARWA. In 1978 Hudson got into financial difficulties and was taken over by competitor Kunert AG. At that time Hudson had four domestic plants - in Hof, Horb am Neckar and Vilsbiburg - and one production facility each in Greece and Italy.
