Musikkens Hus, Aalborg (English: House of Music, Aalborg) is a multi-[u]venue[/u] in Aalborg, Denmark, with two concert halls, the [u]Concert Hall[/u] and the [u]Minor Hall[/u], and a [u]Foyer[/u] built on three levels and used for a variety of events. NOTICE: The concert halls, Rytmisk Sal (Rhythmic Hall) and Klassisk Sal (Classical Hall), may appear as parts of the Musikkens Hus [u]venue[/u], but are parts of (and managed by) Det Jyske Musikkonservatorium, Aalborg.
The Musikkens Hus [u]venue[/u] is housed in the Musikkens Hus [u]building[/u] which is owned and run by "Fonden Musikkens Hus i Nordjylland". Musikkens Hus is a more than 20,000 m2 building, inagurated 29 March 2014. It is also place of residence for Aalborg Symphony Orchestra ([a1300548]), the Royal Academy of Music, Aalborg (Det Jyske Musikkonservatorium, Aalborg), and Aalborg University’s music programmes, for example.
