A Tudor-style mansion, in Torquay, England, built in the 1830s and transformed into a holiday centre in the late 1940s. Acquired by Fred Pontin in 1957 and later extended and improved with new chalet blocks, some of which adjoin the main house. Was generally more expensive than other Pontin sites and had a more upmarket reputation. .
The Mansion was Sold in 1999, it's still in existence, but now run as a children's activity centre.
