Mannequin Vanity Records (MVR) is an Independent Record Label based in San Diego, CA that specializes in folk/world/punk music. The label launched in New York City in 2007 with the release of The Plastic Revolution’s debut album “Planning For Chaos” and has since then relocated to San Diego, California. Currently MVR boasts a diverse roster of internationally touring talent and also helps produce festivals/concerts across the globe. MVR has released over 40+ commercially released albums, many artist demos, comics, and even audiobooks and its artists have received placements in many Film/TV Shows. Because of the label’s small size, it functions much like a boutique but remains actively involved in all aspects of it’s artists careers including: Talent Development, Marketing & Promotion, Artist Management, Booking, Producing, Recording, Publishing, Licensing, ETC.
