SPOLANA s.r.o. (hereinafter Spolana) is one of the biggest chemical companies within Czech industrial landscape. Since 1950. It came into existence on May 1, 1992 by transformation of state-owned entity. The company is owned by the Czech Unipetrol group since June 2016, therefore is a part of PKN ORLEN holding company.
