Paper Robot Recording is a digital audio recording and mix studio deep in the heart of Middleboro, Massachusetts, currently occupying the space at Sounds Interesting Studios and the former home to Overclockworks.
We welcome projects of all shapes and sizes. Whether you need to track an album with your band, edit a podcast or audio book, or just soak in the space to write and demo a few songs, the sky is the limit. We’re here to help you achieve your vision, and to make you look good doing it.
The scenic facility has a 16’x24′ live room and a spacious 18’x20′ floating control room both acoustically designed with tall ceilings, sophisticated soffit work, acoustic treatments, and oak flooring. A 5’x7′ double glass window separates the two spaces. Upstairs we have a 16’x30′ tracking room with cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, and wide-plank pine flooring. A large picture window and French doors open from the studio to a patio and a large field where horses graze, alongside comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces for break time hangouts—or more creative recording.
