Publishing company set up and owned by estates of Alex North and Hy Zaret exclusively to maintain rights to their most successful musical work, "Unchained Melody", hence the company name. It uses HZUM Publishing and North Melody Publishing as its publishing entities. It cooperates with SESAC to manage performance rights.
