Industry only, promotional label, who sought to put together different projects using the same pool of session musicians, and subsequently license those projects to other labels. Contrary to what the name may suggest, they dealt with all forms of electronic dance music. The name was chosen before the Drum & Bass musical genre came into use, and refers to the 'drum and bass parties' from the late-'80s, and early-'90s that often mixed techno, acid, and hardcore in the same venue. It was started by [a1162366], in May 1991, and also worked with a number of established acts, artists, and labels, including: Karl Brown, [a861178], Elliot Ireland, and Rugged Vinyl.
