The Making Of...

Marillion releases chronicling the writing, recording and mixing of one album each, starting with the 1994 "Brave" album. Every follow-up Marillion studio album got a Making Of release. Usually one disc contains relatively finished "album demos" and the other one (or two) jams and ideas from the writing sessions. For the 2012 album "Sounds That Can't Be Made", a Making Of compilation "Unsound" was not released on CD but integrated into the special editions [r5827835] and [r7050961]. Demos for F.E.A.R. and An Hour Before It's Dark have been released on the albums' respective Ultimate Editions. However, STCBM and FEAR have later gotten Making Of 2CDs each.
