Founded by Prince Charles H. Maxwell II in 1993. Maxwell Entertainment acted as a artist management company from 95/96 onwards. They were also involved in film projects. In 1999 Maxwell Entertainment formed PCM Records. And it's the parent company for PCM Records and PCM Wears respectively. Their headquarters is in New York, USA. With branches in Nigeria and Jamaica.
