Was an American company established by Sam Weiss that once owned the Sam Records label. It is often credited on releases as a rights holder, a manufacturer, and related roles.
It was first established during the 1970s as "Sam Records Inc.", but subsequently dissolved on July 02, 1979. It was then reestablished as "Sam Records, Inc." on March 20, 1980, but then subsequently dissolved a second time on December 23, 1992. It was again reestablished as "Sam Records, Inc." on February 23, 1994, which ultimately dissolved on February 04, 2004.
