LTFR

LTFR is a Georgian web-based independent record label (and formerly a fashion brand), established by Max Machaidze in Tbilisi, Georgia, around November 2014. The label mostly published music from Machaidze's hip-hop alter ego, Luna 9 (also known as Luna 997, Luna925, Luna999, etc.), his duo/trio project KayaKata and other friends and collaborators. Releases and individual tracks are distributed free, mostly over YouTube, SoundCloud and other streaming platforms. In 2019, LTFR released KayaKata's debut full-length album, 24344609, distributed across all major digital platforms, including Apple Music/iTunes, Spotify, Amazon, etc. The album was shortlisted for the 10th edition of the European Independent Album of the Year Award by IMPALA (Independent Music Companies Association). Machaidze subsequently relaunched a clothing/jewellery line with his wife, Iri Todriashvili, under a new Sadaawhere? brand. Their studio is based at Stamba Hotel, a former Soviet-era printing house in Tbilisi, Georgia.
