A series of bootlegs identified by "JPS" in the runouts and having fake promo labels. These were done in the mid-to-late 1990s, and almost certainly out of the USA. They frequently feature radio recordings of punk / grunge / alternative / garage rock bands taken from UK BBC Peel Sessions.
