DO NOT USE. Please note P.R.S. is a Rights Society and should NOT be credited as a publisher or a copyright holder. It should instead be added to Barcode and Other Identifiers in the form used on the release, e.g. PRS or P.R.S. PRS (Performing Right Society) is a UK collecting society equivalent to MCPS Ltd., with which it has been operationally allied since 1997. Now branded PRS for Music. PRS represents their songwriter, composer and music publisher members’ performing rights, and collects royalties on their behalf whenever their music is played or performed publicly. It does not act as a publisher in any way and does not itself hold copyrights.
