Colour-Hits

Late 50's to early 60's cross labels 7" colored vinyl series manufactured in Norway, possibly marketed in Scandinavia. All releases are in green, yellow, red or blue vinyl, housed in a generic die-cut series sleeve that varies in red, green, blue and yellow colors, not necessarily coherent with the vinyl colour. The releases is on various labels like Columbia, His Master's Voice, Odeon, Parlophone and MGM Records, all within the Norwegian EMI group. Besides the series logo the sleeves has one of the label names on it. As a gimmick in 2002 a release was issued in a Colour-Hits series replika design: [r2752681]
