Sonic Fiction

Sonic Fiction was founded in 2003 as a collective of DJs as well as electronic musicians and other artists who are involved in nightlife-lifestyles in order to create and use it as a forum, open space and network to have better chances of carrying out their own vision. Separating from the scene in Hamburg, Sonic Fiction represents the sound & style of Lueneburg (Germany). That means showing an open minded, non commercial attitude and giving the underground the chance of public apperarance, without ignoring the wishes of the audience. In 2004 the Sonic Fiction record label was founded, coming up with an experimental fusion release by Klangaquarium. The second release in 2005 was the [gegenwaerts:frequenzen] sampler, combining many different styles of music by artists, who played as guests at the monthly partys.
