Label from Atlantic City, N.J formed by Leo Masucci and James Edward Throckmorton. Related to Vampire Records (6) studios. The label had offices in Atlantic City, N.J. and in New York. Only one issue known, an article newpaper (15 Aug 1964) says that a second was supposed to follow: "Hush Little Baby" by Rick and Greg. Diskery. No copies of this have been found so far.
