Midwestern Musical Co.
Настоящее имя: Midwestern Musical Co.
Midwestern Musical Co. was a vintage guitar and amplifier store founded by Matt Kesler and Jim Strahm in 1989. Upon Strahm losing a battle to cancer in 2000, Darren Welch (2) became a co-owner. Originally located in Mission, Kansas, the shop moved into Kansas City's historic El Torreon Ballroom in 2004, and again relocated to the Crossroads Arts District in 2008, where it remained in operation until closing in 2014. In the evening and during the neighborhood's First Friday art crawl, the store was known to host a variety of live music, and Kesler's band The Pedaljets has used the location as a session studio on a number of occasions.
