Schloss Elmau is a German luxurious resort and concert venue in the Bavarian Alps, just 100 km south of Munich. The five-star hotel, located in the historical 1914–16 building, offers 123 rooms and regularly hosts international conferences and events, such as the 41st G7 summit in 2015.
For many years, Schloss Elmau has been inviting world-renowned musicians to perform at the hotel's evening concerts. Regular participants include cellist Sol Gabetta, clarinetist Sabine Meyer, and conductor Gidon Kremer; some of the notable headliners were Yehudi Menuhin, Barbara Hendricks, and Mitsuko Uchida. In 2010, jazz pianist Vladislav Sendecki recorded his 3410373 album here.
