Established in 2009 by Tristan Pearson and Reece Hanslow, Clockwork Records is an independent records label representing a new, talented crop of exciting Hip Hop artists. Frustrated by the lack of professionalism and artist representation in the local scene, Clockwork Records has gone the opposite direction to establish a quality record label that aims to support and develop its artists. Compared to the conservative sounds currently hitting the airwaves, the Clockwork family has been built on a strong foundation of genre pushing emcees, singers and producers. Their collective focus is creating world-class music to keep ears locked tight to A-grade sonic aesthetics. Currently, Clockwork is preparing to unleash nationwide the amazing talent held within the ranks of its artist stable. From the grime to the dance floor, from the old school to the future, Clockwork has it covered precisely. Its current roster includes The Grand Audio Family, Fundamental Elements, Sociopath, Sneaky-T, The Allegiance and Doobs. 2011 sees the release of the debut EP from Sneaky-T - “Exordium”. Clockwork Records has arrived, on time and ready for business.
