"20C - Greatest Composers of the 20th Century" is a series featuring must-hear works to understand the 20th century. These have been curated by writer and critic Nigel Simeone, who also wrote the booklet notes which set out the context, introducing the composer and the work. The CD releases appear either with the Decca or Deutsche Grammophon imprints. Also listed as "The music of the 20th Century - 50 essential works by 50 composers" on releases. Later the same releases have been included in 2 box sets as: Shaping The Century Vol.1 (2016) & Vol.2 (2017).
